About Us

Christ Compassion Ministry (CCM) is a product of God’s Vision to His servant Apostle Enos Radeny while a student in India, where he served under Rev. Stephen George at the Agra Bethel Church, with extensive ministry in different parts of India.

On return to Kenya, Apostle Radeny served in the local church while nurturing the vision. Through this period, CCM operated as an interdenominational ministry, working with churches to conduct Evangelistic crusades, Healing and Prophetic Empowerment conferences, weekly Bible Studies and Healing of the Broken Hearted programs. It is then that God spoke to His servant to move on with the vision, establish the ministry center and churches.

In obedience to this, CCM church was launched at a small upper room in Athi River; a small town about 30 kilometers outside Nairobi city. The church – Church on the Hill – has since grown and established at an expansive land about 7km out of Athi River town.

Name and nature of the ministry

The name; “Christ Compassion Ministry” (CCM) is derived from the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Luke 4:18 when He entered into the synagogue in Nazareth as was his custom. He read the words of Prophet Isaiah, concerning his mission of healing to the broken hearted: Isaiah 61:1-3, which was also to be entrusted to his disciples. According to his commissioning words in John 17:18, we have undertaken to carry on Christ’s mission. When Christ spoke of healing to the broken hearted, He referred to total healing of humanity. This includes spirit, soul and body. Christ Compassion Ministry therefore responds to these needs by preaching of the word and initiating community development projects.

In ensuring that the body of Christ attains the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, CCM brings together Christian workers with different callings and gifting to empower other Christian workers for effective ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-14. These operations are under the oversight of experienced , elderly, mature and able spiritual leaders who share the daily running of the ministry according to Exodus 18:21-25, Acts 20:18-28, 1 Peter 5: 1-4. The specific ministry areas include: Healing of the Broken Hearted, Christian workers empowerment, outreach to the needy, intercession, community development, music and production.

Vision

The Christ Compassion Ministry vision states; “To develop and operate a strong five-fold ministry, intercessory and worship team, empowering the body of Christ for effective ministry and reaching out to the needy world”.

Through this vision, CCM has been focused on ministering healing to the broken hearted and equipping the body of Christ for effective ministry. To make this effective and sustainable the ministry has outlined; Church PlantingSchool of Ministry Center and Prayer Center as key pillars to be established. There are also plans to establish a health center and a community school to help reach out to the needs of the surrounding community as the church grows.
