Youth Ministry
Our description of a youth is anyone who has completed high school, or is seventeen years and above, or both, and is not yet married. Youth ministry equips the members with skills to face this challenging stage in life, as well as the future.
It is a forum for youth to excel in spiritual growth as well as leadership at a young age.
1st Tim 4:12 (NLT) Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.

Core Values
The youth ministry is guided by the following core values: Integrity, honesty, teamwork and accountability.
Throughout the year, the youth are engaged in serving God through various activities namely: prayer and fasting, evangelism & follow ups, Seminars & workshops that seek to build their capacity for the market place and also hold meetings &overnight prayers
The following include key focus areas for the current year;
- Mentoring youth leaders (leadership training) once a month
- To hold youth meetings twice a month.
- To have overnight prayers and fellowship once a month.
- To hold seminars & workshops every quarter.
- To conduct evangelism in liaison with evangelism team.
- To enhance youth participation in all the key activities of the church.
Department structure
The Youth Ministry is led by a team of godly, capable and willing Youth leaders, elected by the youth. It also has a Youth Patron, who guides the youth, and forms a linkage between the Youth and the Church leadership. The Youth ministry aids in spiritual and numerical growth as the leaders & members are mentored and trained to guide other youth and teenagers in the body of Christ.
